Digging back into the roots of blues, Papa George plays acoustic blues on National Steel guitars (bottleneck/slide) setting contemporary lyrics to an earthier, older blues sound. His solo acoustic album, "Being Free…ain't no crime", is a fine example of how one man and one guitar can communicate so much in so many different ways. Papa George is a constant working musician with his band and as a solo musician. Over 26 years he has been writing, performing and touring in the UK, Scandinavia, Europe, USA and Colombia.
